Hello there! I'm Ariana Velishek, and I'm thrilled to take you along on my journey through the Miss America Organization. This website serves as a platform for me to share my skills, interests, and the little moments that make up my everyday life.

Currently, I am actively involved in volunteering and public speaking for non-profits, communities, and organizations. My focus lies in raising awareness for diversity, equality, and inclusion for all individuals. Serving as a current member of the DEI committee for a Minneapolis-based non-profit, I engage in public speaking across generations, emphasizing the importance of Supporting, Elevating, and Empowering one another through conversations centered around diversity. My aim is to influence Minnesota to embrace growth and learning through meaningful dialogue, recognizing that differences aren't always visible on the surface. I aspire to unite Minnesota as a whole, ensuring that everyone has a seat at the table and a voice that is heard.

In my pursuit of becoming a Respiratory Therapist, I advocate for healthy living and bring light to various lifestyles. Did you know that respiratory diseases rank among the leading causes of death in the United States? Additionally, these diseases are closely linked to heart disease, another leading cause of death among women and individuals from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds in the United States. I am not only an advocate for diversity but for healthy living as well. Through my platform, I also aim to reach every corner of Minnesota, providing valuable content on how to lead a healthy lifestyle tailored to each person's unique circumstances.

Recently, Miss America joined forces with the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women Movement. Working together to educate women on health and well-being and raising awareness for the number 1 health threat — cardiovascular disease. Together, they are launching the official fundraising platform!

As a healthcare professional and advocate for patients, I'm excited to participate in this initiative through the Miss America's Scholarship Foundation. I aim to raise $300 or more, which will contribute to research funding and tuition scholarships. By doing so, I hope to contribute to a brighter and healthier future for women across America. Every donation, no matter the size, makes a meaningful difference. Use the button as a link to donate today!

Miss America and Miss America's Teen National Scholarships are awarded by a separate non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, the Miss America's Scholarship Foundation Inc. This collaboration provides funds for national awards, as well as both Miss America's/Miss America's Teen State Scholarships and the American Heart Association's Go Red for Women movement. The American Heart Association's Go Red for Women is Miss America's Scholarship Foundation's national health thought leader. All above-mentioned entities are 501(c)(3) organizations, and all donations to this campaign are fully tax-deductible per IRS regulations.
